Our Refund & Cancellation Policy is explained below:
- We will use our best resources to offer our clients quality services as promised
- A client can ask for a full (100%) refund if we (Street1 Technologies) was unable to start the project on time
- All refunds will take a maximum of 14 working days to process and the amount will be refunded either by Account Credits or Direct Deposit to the bank account.
- If paid by credit card, refunds will be issued to the original credit card provided at the time of purchase, and in case of Payment Gateway Name payments refund will be made to the same bank account.
- Taxes cannot be refunded by us as they are deposited directly at the end of each month. However, it might be possible to reclaim those directly from the government
If a customer wishes to request for cancellation and refund, she/he should send a mail to support@street1technologies.com. Our finance and management team will swing into action immediately taking note of the request and analyze every aspect of the problem. Subsequently, we shall advise the client on the further process. If the issue/problem is found to be on our part, our accounts team will get back to you in less than seven working days.
